I love watching dogs really play hard. I still have to stop Spike and Squish when it reaches a certain level of intensity, partly because I have someone living right underneath me and partly because Squish gets scared when Spike gets really maniacal and they end up fighting.
Spike's best play buddy ever was Jay. Now Spike hates bully breeds and he really hates GSDs, but he loves Jay the Pit/GSD mix like a long-lost brother. Jay lives with a Jack Russell, so he's not fazed by maniac hyper dogs and he is the master of chilled-outness himself. We kinda lost touch when I moved. I ought to go find them...
