Squish reminds me so much of my long-deceased greyhound Astra.

I took her to dog training classes. And for all of you people now falling about laughing at someone taking a greyhound to obedience training: "IT WAS FUN!".

So we'd do well for the first half hour, she'd follow all commands brilliantly and enjoy herself, big sloppy grin, tongue lolling, happy happy happy.

And then we'd have a break.

And go back to training.

"Astra... sit!"

Astra: wagwagwaggrinwagsmileloll... wait, wait, I know this one, I know this one, don't tell me, I know what it is..... I know what it is.... I... I... uhm... I forgot, what was it again?

Needless to say, we never made it past the first level of obedience training, but man did we have fun doing it!
