Oh, Good Heavens, I love Hamish! Oh, I love Cassie and Naamah, too, but Hamish! He's a gorgeous boy!

Then Giddy goes and throws up...oh well...
Hamish reminds me of a great big grey tiger I had, called Virgil...Virgil was the biggest cat I have ever had...he used to sit on the jogcart when I exercised the horses, riding around the track with me. Then, every New Year's Eve, I would give him a whole box of catnip; he would stagger about half the night, drunk as a skunk, and the next morning, when I got to the stable; there would be Virgil, stretched out on a trunk and looking pathetic with a hangover. I'd have to rig up a hammock and he would spend the entire day laying in that hammock.
He would take walks with me, too, I lost him when we strayed too close to the canal and an alligator zipped up and took him for dinner...(this was in Pompano Beach, Florida; I hadn't known alligators could move that fast...later, a lady told me they'll take a dog the size of a collie...wish she had told me sooner.
