it's not, luckily, the sort of thing that happens often - or ever, actually, in the four years I've been here. Barring downstairs' GSD's housetraining fails when she was still a puppy, but that was only a couple of puddles.

we have a guy living down the hall who's very old, infirm and a VERY sloppy drunk. I really hope this isn't going to become a habit.
