Bah. I wanted to talk to people (specifically
ulva and likely
huntingdon and
cottonmanifesto as well) but Gaim no worky. Every time I try and boot it up it crashes. I've reinstalled it with the latest bug-fixes but it still keeps crashing.

I am ashamed to discover that I've become so accustomed to fast-paced modern television that I get restless watching older shows. I had this problem with The Prisoner and vintage Doctor Who lately - they're both GREAT shows but I keep finding my attention wandering.
...yep, my poor desperate starving dog only had half a pound of beef/heart mince and a chicken thigh and three big meaty pork ribs today. I can see him wasting away in front of my eyes...
