the last time I felt compelled to commit art was shortly before my old dog Scampi died.

rozae asked me to show her, so I took six photographs with various camera settings, none of which worked particularly well. The original drawing was in white/grey/brown pastel on black paper. it looked better before I sprayed it with fixative, but what can you do?

I know it's not easy to take photos of art, but it looks like you did a damn fine job capturing the subject. I know that the subject is a sensitive one, too, so I really appreciate you sharing it with me/us.

thank you, swetheart. I think it looks worse than i remember it, but I've never drawn anything I didn't hate with the burning passion of a thousand suns.
