I already have, for well over a year and probably for the next several. Black coffee and cigarettes. I can't do food till I've woken up.

Your first sentence is the same as what my first sentence would have been. Glass of orange juice, honey sandwich (no butter), cup of tea (strong, no sugar); second breakfast, half an hour later, is an apple and another cup of tea. Don't talk to me until after the second cup of tea.
