oh DUH I've seen the movie & read the book, I just hadn't had enough coffee to make the connection, I thought maybe "Ballard" was some Brit law against road head LOL I'd worry also about getting "Garped," if you're familiar with that book/film.
And a guy should be able to maintain CONTROL for some road head dammit! LOL
