Huge thanks go out to my wee GoldenBalls - it arrived in the post this morning and I am very happy.

Went over to Mum's this morning to fetch my dog cages... we hauled them back to the flat and they're now standing in the hallway waiting for me to feel like unpacking and assembling them. They are black wire cages, and it occurs to me that they will, unintentionally, look absolutely perfect next to my couch and add immeasurably to the gritty Terok Nor ambience I'm aiming for here... I must get round to tackling the paint job. Terok Nor in magnolia emulsion just doesn't cut it, no matter how good the lighting is...

I still haven't cleaned the kitchen.

There is other stuff happening, or, more accurately, looking like it's about to happen, but I am disinclined to post about it at present. It's too soon. But it's terribly, terribly exciting.
