Hmmm. Blindfold, huh? I'll have to drawing that a try. I've got this plot demon going around in my head that involves a female Bajoran Resistance fighter and a male Cardassian prisoner, and some light bondage and some sex.
Speaking of blindfolds, though, a few months ago I found a site that sold a really lovely artistic ones shaped like face masks (and some gags shaped like ceramic lips, so elegant that one can't really call them gags). I'll have to go looking for it; thanks for reminding me.
My brother and dad showed up at campus the other day, with a second-hand scanner that Dad bought at a garage sale for two dollars. It does not work. Two weekends from now I am moving back home for a couple months, and will probably set up my computer next to the family one, and unplug the working scanner at the end that's not tangled in a huge rat's nest of wires in back of the computer, and plug my printer cable into it. Problem solved.
On the other hand, I might just run into Goodwill when I'm making trips home with my stuff next week (I for once have the car at campus), and buy one of my own. Perhaps the Prophets, Gods, or something of the sort will smile on me and it will work.
