Any dog might find a quarter of a dropped Big Mac on the pavement and eat it. But only my special spotted snowflake Squish would find it and then whine at me till I picked the lettuce off it for him.

hahaha! no lettuce for squish? the only foods puppy has ever turned down is celery (its just a chew toy, its not really food) and raw rhubarb (tasted it, and promptly spit it out and walked away).

Oddly back in the day (when I was like 10), I thought I'd be really nice and feed my dogs an entire plateful of everything we had at a BBQ that night. The only things they didn't eat was the tomatos.

Our dog, Pete, would have managed to take the whole thing in his mouth, chew and swallow with out swallowing the lettuce, which he would have then spit out.
