Dull day today at Black Dog HQ. It's pissing with rain and I may just try and get away without taking the Black Pack to the park. Max spent last night shut in the crate to prevent further household damage - I should have done this sooner, but I've been using the crate as a bedside table, so I had to shift a lot of crap off the top of it before I could close the door... He whinged slightly when I first shut him in, but once he realised I wasn't going away and leaving him shut in by himself he settled down nicely.
Computer crashed last night in the middle of browsing TrekBBS - for some reason, ICQ carried on working, and so did Harry Mudd's Infusion website - http://www.infusion-web.co.uk/forum/index.php - go have a look, we need more members... but everything else just got me 'cannot find server'. Remember that I'm pretty computer-illiterate, so I didn't have much idea what to do; in the end, after farting about for hours, it occurred to me to clear out the caches, cookies and history. That, plus unplugging everything and restarting, sorted it. Much relieved, although looking over the boards this morning it doesn't look like I really missed much... Thanks toangriestangel and brendan_moody for talking to me on ICQ during the crisis... I feel as though I don't exist if I can't get online... yes, I know this isn't exactly healthy...
