Flying high and feeling mean

Heh heh heh. I've been officially flamed in the Think Tank.

I didn't especially mind the flaming - it amused me - but it's a rite of passage. I feel like a proper, grown-up TrekBBS poster now. Love you, Bitch Boy!

Ho hum. Been doing bugger-all this week, what with the flu, but it seems to be on its way out - I still have a sore throat but I've been climbing-the-walls horny for three days now, so I know I'm getting back to normal. Have also had an idea for things to give people for Xmas, which is a relief. Not going to post about it yet because if I write it down and then fail to do it I'll feel like an ass.

I need an adventure. Was thinking of another day out at Rio's but the earliest I can get a cheap coach ticket is January 3/4th. Any suggestions for local, cheap adventures - not necessarily sexual - will be gratefully received and carefully considered...

Smelt the burning pit of fear

Note to self - if you must defrost chicken parts for the dogs in a hurry on top of the bedroom radiator, make a note of the quantities and try to arrange them so they can't fall down and be discovered up to a week later.

Thanks to Squish for pointing me to the source of the funny smell. What with the flu, it took me a couple of days to work out why he had his nose continually wedged under the bedroom door.
