Remember these gorgeous dogs I posted about?

They have a new happy forever home! Thanks to [livejournal.com profile] metalkat for posting about it or I wouldn't have found out. I've been worrying and praying for them.

I was stressing about them for a good long while. Made a lot of calls and had a foster home lined up, but then got blindsided by the "They may be hybrids" information and I couldn't do anything else to help them after that :( Luckily several other people/groups were and they are now resting happily in a wonderful forever home :)

I know, I was watching... I was on the wrong continent to do anything but pray, but I was doing that hard. SO GLAD.

Yay!

Instead of having unwanted dogs (or other animals) euthanised, I think the owners should be put down ...

I'm certainly not going to disagree with you here.

My pound puppy is the BEST (Even if he is blind in 1 eye - kicked by a horse and only has 3 legs - cancer and is 12 years old).

I was really glad to read about that as well. :)

Oh, wonderful! That made my day. Granted, every dog deserves a wonderful, loving home, but those two beautiful faces stuck with me for some reason. I'm so glad they were adopted!

Oh, me too! They'd had such shitty lives and they're so beautiful - those EYES!

yay!

i had everyone in my english class this morning screeching over the living conditions that they had been kept in. good thing that they had homes; we were considering taking a class trip to california to beat the shit out of some people, and blaming it on mid-term induced insanity.

and then stealing all of their puppies and bringing them back here.
