[livejournal.com profile] topbit, [livejournal.com profile] cottonmanifesto, [livejournal.com profile] rottnpagan and [livejournal.com profile] ulva: I LOVE YOU SO MUCH. And if I was a bit incoherent and my typing was shite, it was because I'm out of practise and I was talking to you all simultaneously - one on the phone and three on the keyboard. (Actually, that's a lie: my typing is always shite.)

I hadn't realised till tonight how much of the angst and stress was down to loneliness. The one thing that's going right is that the elbow's improved enough to fire up the IM engine again.

to everyone I didn't talk to tonight and especially [livejournal.com profile] huntingdon: I love you too. But I only have two hands and one keyboard. Soon!

edit: Ow. Dogs encountered a spaniel on late walk, underexercised!Spike acted up, I walked them away so fast that I tripped and now I have skinned knuckles and knees to match my lovely skinned elbow from a few days ago. *sigh*

that harness can't arrive soon enough.

For future reference, I can usually be found on AIM of an evening (or Y!M or MSN if you prefer) these days, and I'm quite used to carrying on multiple conversations at once. ;-)

Will do :)

I'm extremely bad at multiple conversations as a rule - I usually put up an away message after the second. But I haven't been on IM for about two months and I got overexcited.

how's your elbow doing?

From: [identity profile] arkady.livejournal.com

It's much better now. I get the odd twinge from time to time if I lift something too heavy, but otherwise it's pretty much back to normal.

I've always been pretty good at multitasking - back when I last IMed on a regular basis I would often be found in two or three IRC channels at once as well as two or three seperate chats. I've been getting back in the swing of it recently with doll RP over IM; my record thus far is four different RP sessions on AIM - one a group session - plus two seperate non-doll chats on MSN. It's an interesting challenge, mentally. :-)

Good to hear that elbow is feeling better.

Love you too sweetie! :D

I've got to say though that I hope that harness will arrive soon or Spike will be like a sleigh dog with you as the sleigh.

Yayyyy!!!

I hadn't realised quite how much quality of life I'd lost when I stopped IM-ing.

oh, and MY HARNESS ARRIVED! Finally!

From: [identity profile] cottonmanifesto.livejournal.com

It's so lonely at work, I'd wither and die if it weren't for LJ and IM!!

and YAY HARNESS!!!!

I'll survive, but only for a few more days. ;)

It's great that your arm is almost better!
