That? Was fuckin' awesome!
I'm
really
enjoying your blogathon, BTW, Liz! I wish I could think of more stuff for you, but everyone's gotten my ideas already. I'll pipe in if somethings comes to me, though!

Rght-click where it says 'voice post', then save the resulting mp3 somewhere and use something like Winamp or Windows Media Player to listen to it.

It's just me reading Jabberwocky. It should work when you click on it if your speakers are switched on...

Cool! Love the accent (yes...I'm a Canadian who loves Corrie) and love Carroll's Jabberwocky...good reading of it too! ;)
How did you do that anyway? Is it a paid lj feature?

Yeah, paid accounts. You phone a special number and you have a PIN number - you can do ten a month, and I hardly ever use them.
(Corrie??? Do I sound like a bleedin' Mancunian???!)

If memory serves, there's also a way to do it over the internet using a microphone, but I can't for the life of me remember how :/

You can also use the Gizmo VOIP software -

I suppose I could. But now I've remembered the right PIN, it's just so nice and uncomplicated to do it by phone.

*sniggers* Well it all sounds the same to me ;)

.

hmmm, that ones a bit melodramatic and archaic and palely loitering for my taste.
I could always do
The Ballad of Eskimo Nell
though...
