Naamah and Saffron just broke my vacuum cleaner, which was sitting peacefully in the corner harming no one, since I'm feeling far too bleggy to make any moves toward cleaning this fur-lined shithole lately.

While I was writing that sentence I heard a "thud" sound, looked up and saw Saffron hitting a wall, apparently under her own steam.

Can someone remind why duct-taping them all to the floor's probably a bad idea?

The wailing achieved by a female feline in heat is second only in annoyingness to the noise made by cats, immobilized and rendered vulnerable by duct tape, who are suffering obsessive huffing and cat-poking by a Hardass Big Damn Hero Sheepdog.

Also, those are Spike's kitties and they will not amuse him nearly as much if they're not mobile.

Why you should try! Some of the fur will at least get stuck on the tape so you don't have to use the vacuum cleaner... ;)

it's got a little wheel on its underside, so it can roll around the floor - they managed to pull the little wheel half out of its slot so that it's wedged in a completely useless position.

the vacuum's still usable, but it's going to be really really annoying.

And somebody just offered me their spare vacuum cleaner, after a once-over with some duct tape, as replacement for the current hunk of junk... yes you most certainly have the roll of duct tape when we're finished with it, you only have to come and get it ;)
