Foot is still painful and magenta-coloured, but improved to the point where I now doubt it was broken. Just very deeply bruised and a bit punctured.

Right wrist is now giving trouble but that's perennial and regular. It'll be fine by this time tomorrow.

The last two are not the same song, they merely share a title. I discovered the Headstones while searching for the Tom Robinson song; one of those bits of piratical serendipity that sometimes happens.



In other news: I loved Torchwood from Day One, but the last episode is the first one I can't pick holes in. It made me sniffle and that doesn't happen easily. Also, I have discovered, while rewatching Firefly for what must be the several hundredth time, that my favourite episode by far is Out Of Gas.

Out of Gas is probably my favorite Firefly episode as well. I STILL need to see Torchwood!

Thanks for the music! I am in love with my new 80 gig ipod (especially since my commute to work now takes an hour). I have all of Firefly on it and the TV show Blood Ties (based on the Tanya Huff books about PI Vicky Nelson and her supernatural adventures.....the actors they got to play Henry Fitzroy and Michael Cellucci are YUMMY!!!! I've enjoyed those books for years and the show is very nice. It was on Lifetime TV if you go searching for it....they have the first season on itunes....unfortunately I think its another one like Firefly that will only see one season despite having a rather rabid fan base.)
