Live within 200 miles of Fredericksburg, Virginia?

Have room for a beloved, spoiled, cat in your life?

Today may be your lucky day. You should click through even if you're not in the market for a kitten at this time, because there are more adorable kitten photos and my friend [livejournal.com profile] slave2tehtink probably brings good fortune to all who rub against her blog.

YOU KNOW YOU WANT TO.

Damn. Ry's given me the green light on cat acquisition. However, we're further than 200 miles from Virginia.

On the other hand, I just spent 10 minutes looking at cat pictures with Dria. Who spent that time yelling "kitty kat! MEOW!" awesome. :)

Talk to Petunia anyway; I can vouch for your awesomeness as cat owners and it might be feasible to meet in the middle or arrange transport or SOMETHING.

Also I secretly want Intrepid. Look at those ear tufts!

For someone that Liz vouches for, I can possibly be persuaded to go further to deliver a kitten...how far out are you?

LOL! I'm in St. Paul, MN! I think it would only work if we managed to find a transport going this direction.

Waaah! If I didn't have the most ultra territorial cat, I'd be making the call. What a face, and those eyes are dreamy!

Isn't he LOVELY? The other kittens are equally adorable but that one, Intrepid, is easily my favourite. Cheekbones and ear tufts - he's going to be one stunningly handsome cat.

Heh. I LIVE in Fredericksburg, VA. Sadly, I can't take a new kitty in. :( Eddie is too old to deal with a new cat in the house, especially a kitten.

ETA: Badger looks like a furrier version of my beloved, much missed Kira. :(

Are any of your friends in the market for a kitten? :D I'm actually between F'burg and Culpeper, but I figure F'burg makes a better distance marker. If Eddie is mellow and not territorial, Badger might be a good deal, he really wants an older cat to be his role model.

I'll have to ask around.

I really can't take any new cats because Eddie is feline HIV positive. :( He's otherwise healthy, but it's not a good idea to expose other kitties to it!

I shall stop trying to foist a kitten on you, then! ;) I am being a bit evangelical about them because Jesus Christ do you realize how much kittens POOP? Also today they discovered the trash can and I am all "MY GOD KITTENS JUST STOP."

I'm on the whole wrong side of the continent, unfortunately, and not at all sure how well a cat would fit in with everything else which goes on in this house, but that's the second time I've seen that particular furry face today. Had seen it earlier when clicking on a link RT'd by someone I'm following on Twitter.
