Take an old duvet cover that Squish had ripped beyond usability, stuff its corners loosely with balls of scrunched-up duvet cover, tie knots in, chop off leaving enough tail to throw by. Bingo!

They were very popular with both dogs, although it's harder to throw them any distance. There was much joy and no mouth bleeding or inflammation beyond what we started with. We'll call that a win.
