Off to London shortly to visit [livejournal.com profile] helensaysping!

Is going to be fun. Am mildly nervous. We've clicked so very well on the phone and via IM - but meeting in the flesh is always rather different, there are pieces of people you don't see until you're physically together and no one's ever exactly the same person as they are online. I'm not allowing myself to have expectations or preconceptions - nothing is ever how you think it will be, so it's better not to overthink it before it happens.

But it is going to be fun, I'm sure of that. And I don't think I've forgotten anything. Whether I'll update from there or not, only time will tell - but if not, I'll be back here in the early hours of Friday morning. See you all then!

HA! I am winning with the dog cages. Squish will currently stay in his cage a good hour before starting to whine to come out - I don't let him out till he stops whining, but he's not a fast learner and he still whines anyway - but tonight, after I let them both out, he growled at Spike for going near his cage, and he's now voluntarily lying in it to keep Spike out.

*does a little victory dance*

There's been stuff happening lately - some emotional and some physical, and a lot of it I have yet to post about and some of it I won't be posting about at all. Frankly, my head's still spinning - one minute I'm randomly jumping on someone I'd vaguely liked the sound and look of because I'm bored and horny and somewhat lonely and he just happened to be there and available; the next minute I'm involved in a three-way relationship - an open one with a lot of wiggle room (which is just how I like it) - but definitely a relationship, comprised of three separate but linked connections. I didn't expect it. I wasn't prepared for it. I really, really, really want to keep it.
