also, Mum is being booted out of the hospital! she'll be staying with sister T for the time being as she's still very weak and wobbly.

T and I had the "will she stay sober" conversation this morning and I passed on my thoughts of yesterday, that faith is necessary. T agreed, and therefore won't be doing anything like clearing all the booze out of her house.

In any case, the dangerous time for Mum isn't now. She has no desire to drink now. It'll be in six months or a year's time when she's feeling really well again and "just one little drink" starts to seem like not such a big deal. That's when to be careful.

Sister T says she looks like me. I say it's hard to tell, but I don't think she looks too bad for someone so new.
