Note to self: do not take your eyes off the dogs after handing out supper. I don't know for certain, but I have a nasty feeling Squish just ate both dogs' food.
Not blaming Squish. Blaming me for forgetting that my collie is a fucking freak who will walk away from uneaten food if he finds something suddenly interesting. Once I've shut the cats away there isn't usually anything else he's liable to be quite THAT distracted by, but still. Freak.

Squish and Murphy are clearly two of a kind. Our old GSP that we had when I was a kid would get into my grandmother's garden and pick all the soft fruit if no one stopped her. Blackberries, gooseberries, blackcurrants, the lot.

a furry garbage disposal on legsanother dog, he used to take his time with his food. He'd still like to, but that isn't a great idea with Squish around.I love that smile you're doing there in that icon. XD

That's the sort of thing Squish would pull. Fortunately, the GSP I grew up with thoroughly broke me of the habit of ever, ever, leaving anything edible where a clever, determined dog could possibly reach it. Squish does catch me out sometimes, though - Katie didn't have his appetite for plastic.
