I am not dead and do not plan to be any time soon. Though I could add that there are no mirrors in my flat either.


bizarrely, immersing myself in Supernatural has increased my fannishness all round and started me rewatching babylon 5, partly for the thematic elements it has in common with Supernatural but mostly just because I love the characters.

and also rewatching Farscape, which Supernatural does not remind me of at all but I never need a reason nor an excuse to watch farscape.

I really wanted to write an intelligent fangirly post about all three, and particularly (for fs_rewatch) about watching someone else's reaction to the first time of seeing Farscape, which is a particularly joyous experience.

but I have had the headache from hell for the best part of a week now and I can only manage articulacy in short bursts. bleh.

I do watch it. Only I am getting very tired of the cod-mysticism. But it does have a way of pulling the rug out from under you taht I enjoy a lot. And Tigh, with whom I am in love. I live in mortal terror of them killing him off.

I have no clue. I get four channels on good days and one and a half on the bad. Our friend Eric has the first howevermany (three? is that how many are on dvd now?) seasons in boxed set and we spent a couple of weeks doing "BSG weekends" where we'd party Saturday night and spend Sunday's hangover watching BSG for 12 hours straight. xD I loved the original as a kid and now I love the new one (although I have to admit that I'm a sucker for Starbuck.)
